On April 8, Daemen College’s Music Club hosted their annual Coffee House performance in the Musicalfare Premier Cabaret. There were students and teachers performing and showing their talents through singing, playing instruments and even spoken word poetry. The performers were formally dressed, and the night had a lot of a Broadway theme throughout the performances. There were also song covers, acapella mashups and original songs written by the performers. The event was hosted by Music Club president McKinley Estime and officer Kelly Ferreira. Araceli Flores is another officer. The Coffee House is an open mic type of event that is open to everyone in the Daemen community to be able to show off their talent. The Music Club wanted to thank everyone for coming and supporting the Music Club and the Coffee House. The Musicalfare Premier Cabaret is available for anyone to rent out for their events.
